In response to the latest outbreak of COVID-19, Aotearoa entered a nationwide lockdown.
We know that lockdowns are tough for everyone, but especially for whaanau living in poverty with acute health conditions and toxic stress.
Today, thousands of children and whaanau in South Auckland will be without basic necessities - and this need is escalating daily.
Middlemore Foundation is working with community organisations and local marae to distribute care packs to families in need.
With just a $20 donation, we're able to provide essential items such as masks, sanitiser, nappies and toiletries.
To gift an essential care pack to a whaanau in need, simply select between $20, $50 and $100 to donate towards a care pack.
Our care packs include essential items such as:
• Hygiene products
With the support of generous donors like you, we have so far distributed over 1500 care packs out into our community.
Help us reach our goal of 2000 care packs
