In response to the ongoing Omicron outbreak, many families are in mandatory isolation.
We know that lockdowns are tough for everyone, but especially for vulnerable families without the necessities.
Today, thousands of children and whaanau in Counties Manukau will be in isolation without the basics - and this need is escalating daily.
Middlemore Foundation is working with community organisations and local marae to assemble and distribute care packs to our families in isolation. While the government and NGO’s are working hard to support these families, the need is huge, particularly for basic hygiene products.
For as little as $20, you can contribute toward care packs and provide essential items for families such as masks, sanitiser, nappies and toiletries. There are also books and puzzles included for the kids.
The best part is we have partnered with The Warehouse who is going to match every donation received!*
*To the value of $15,000.
